     Object number   A unique number identifying the object or
                     specimens, including any separated parts.

     Object Name     A description of the form, function or
                     type of object.


Museum courier

   The name of the person assigned the responsibility to accompany the
   object on an external move.


Despatch date

   The date on which an object or objects leaves the museum.


Delivery date

   The precise date on which an object or objects leaving the museum
   is due to be delivered at its destination.


Despatch destination

   The Person or Organisation to whom an object is being despatched.


Despatch method

   The method by which an object or group of objects leaves the museum.


Despatch note

   Additional information relating to the despatch of an object which
   cannot be recorded elsewhere.


Despatch reference number

   A unique identifying number for each despatch. It should serve as
   the reference to written documentation of a despatch. The number
   may be assigned to a despatch note or receipt.
