   The Person or Organisation responsible for carrying out a

   The date on which a process is completed.

   The method used to carry out the process on an object.

    Additional information about the process of the object which has
    not been recorded elsewhere using controlled terminology.  Process
    person/organisation The Person or Organisation responsible for
    carrying out a process on an object.


Process reference number

   A unique identifying number for the process carried out on an
   object or group of objects. It should serve as the reference to
   written documentation of a process.


Reason

   The reason for the procedure taking place.


Request date

   The date on which a requester makes a request for a procedure to
   occur.


Requested action date

   The date on which a requester wishes for a procedure to occur.

   Details provided by the Person or Organisation making a request for
   a procedure or process to occur.

   procedure to occur.


Scheduled begin date

   The date on which a procedure is scheduled to begin.
