     Object number   A unique number identifying the object or
                     specimens, including any separated parts.

     Object Name     A description of the form, function or
                     type of object.

 
Object valuation date

   The date the valuation of an object is assigned.


Object valuation note

   Additional information about the valuation of an object or group of
   objects.


Valuation reference number

   A unique identifying number for the valuation of an object or group
   of objects. It should serve as the reference to written
   documentation of a valuation.


Object valuation renewal date

   The date the valuation should be re-assessed.


Object valuation type

   The type of valuation carried out on an object or group of objects.


Object valuation

   The current worth of an object as assigned by a Valuer.


Valuer

   The Person or Organisation responsible for valuing an object on
   behalf of the institution.
